Dil, Telegram ve oturum seçeneklerini daha sonra Ayarlar’dan değiştirebilirsin.

Hayır. Bu cihazdaki eklenti çalışır; bilgisayar uykudayken, Chrome kapalıyken, portal sekmesi kapalıyken veya internet yokken yeni sorgu yapılamaz. 7/24 çalışma garantisi yoktur. Tekrar bağlanınca panelde son başarılı sorgunun saatini kontrol et.

Evet. Portal sekmesini kapatmadan diğer sekmelerde çalışabilirsin. Chrome, arka plandaki sekmelerin zamanlayıcılarını geciktirebilir; seçilen sorgu aralığı kesin teslim veya çalışma süresi değildir.

Seçilen 15, 20, 30, 45 veya 60 saniye bütün sıra için geçerlidir. Aynı anda tek ders sorgulanır; devam eden işlem bitmeden diğeri başlamaz. Birden fazla ders varsa her dersin tekrar sorgulanması daha uzun sürer.

Hayır. Kod 2360 ile başlamak veya yedi haneli olmak zorunda değildir; rakam ve harf kabul edilir. Portalda kullanılan gerçek ders kodunu yaz. ENG 101 gibi ders adı her zaman portalın ders koduyla aynı değildir.

Evet. Resmî ODTÜ kataloğundan alınmış 6.246 Ankara ders kodu ve adı pakette yer alır. Kodu yazınca bilinen ad alanın içinde önerilir; internetten ayrı bir katalog sorgusu yapılmaz. Başarılı portal sonucundaki ad ve senin yazdığın özel ad önceliklidir. Katalogda olmayan bir dersin adını kendin yazabilirsin. Katalog kaydı, dersin bu dönemde açıldığını veya kontenjan bulunduğunu göstermez.

Evet. Portalın döndürdüğü sonuç tablosundaki bütün section satırları okunur; 50 satır sınırı yoktur. Ders eklerken veya ders kartında Tüm sectionlar ya da Belirli sectionlar seçebilirsin. Örneğin 3, 5, 7, 23, 45 yazıp kaydet. Tablo ve bildirimler yalnız seçili sectionları kapsar; diğer sectionların değişiklikleri bildirilmez. Seçim değiştiğinde yeni seçimin boş yer özeti sonraki başarılı kontrolde hazırlanabilir. Portalın ayrı sayfalara böldüğü, henüz döndürmediği sonuçlar kendiliğinden okunmuş sayılmaz.

Sorgu aralığı yanındaki Tüm takibi durdur düğmesini kullan. Sonuçların ve ayarların korunur. Durdurulan takibe devam et, durdurmadan önce açık olan dersleri sürdürür; önceden tek tek kapattığın dersleri açmaz. Bir dersi ayrıca kendi sürekli sorgu anahtarıyla durdurabilirsin.

Hayır. Daraltmak yalnız panel görünümünü değiştirir. Takibi durdurmak için dersin anahtarını veya Tüm takibi durdur düğmesini kullan. Sayfa paneli ile Chrome yan paneli aynı dersleri ve ayarları kullanır.

QR, yayıncının ortak botunun Telegram bağlantısını ve geçici eşleştirme anahtarını açar. Telefonunda kendi Telegram hesabınla Başlat'a dokun. Botun verdiği sekiz rakamlı kodu QR'ı açtığın eklentiye yaz. QR oluşturulduktan sonra en fazla 15 dakika geçerlidir. Bağla ve test mesajı gönder işlemi kendi özel sohbetine bağlantı testi gönderir.

Ortak servis hazır olduğunda botun kendi özel sohbetinde /code yaz. Bot, yalnız o sohbetin hâlâ geçerli ve kullanılmamış son eşleştirme kodunu tekrar gösterir; süresini uzatmaz. Kod kullanıldıysa veya süresi dolduysa eklentinin Telegram bağlantısı bölümünden yeni QR oluştur. /help adımları gösterir. Bu kod kalıcı bir hesap tokenı değildir.

Ortak botta bunları oluşturman veya bulman gerekmez. Eklentiye botun verdiği geçici eşleştirme kodunu yazarsın. Botun yönetim tokenı yayıncının sunucusunda kalır; kullanıcıya verilmez. Kodunu veya bağlantı yetkini başkasıyla paylaşma.

Ortak bot servisi henüz yapılandırılmadıysa gerçek QR ve eşleştirme kullanılamaz. Yanlış veya örnek bot bağlantısı verilmez. Telegram adımını erteleyip yerel ders takibini kullanabilir, bağlantıyı daha sonra Telegram bağlantısı bölümünden kurabilirsin.

Yeni eklediğin dersin ilk başarılı sorgusunda seçili sectionlarda boş yer varsa bir kez bildirim hazırlanır. İlk sonuçta boş yer yoksa mesaj gelmez. Sonraki kapasite veya kullanılan kontenjan değişimlerinde de bildirim hazırlanır; yerlerin dolması buna dahildir. Başarısız sorgu ve değişmeyen değer bildirim oluşturmaz. İnternet, portal, sorgu sırası ve Telegram teslimi nedeniyle bildirim anlık olmayabilir.

Hayır. Telegram bağlantı testi yalnız kendi sohbetinin doğru bağlandığını kontrol eder; gerçek bir kontenjan değişikliği değildir.

Otomatik oturum yenileme isteğe bağlıdır. Takip açıkken doğrulanmış ODTÜ giriş ekranı gelirse eklenti, kaydettiğin bilgilerle oturum açmayı deneyip Course Capacity ekranına döner. Zaman aşımı uyarısı olmayan normal giriş ekranı da desteklenir. Bu adımı atlayabilirsin; bu durumda süre dolunca kendin giriş yaparsın. ODTÜ oturumu bölümünden daha sonra açabilir veya bilgileri silebilirsin.

Hayır. ODTÜ giriş bilgileri yalnız ODTÜ giriş formuna iletilir; yayıncıya, Telegram'a veya OCR servisine gönderilmez. Kalıcı yerel bilgiler AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenir; anahtar bu Chrome profilinde kalır. Çalışırken bilgiler bellekte açılır. Cihazına veya bütün Chrome profiline erişebilen kişilere karşı ayrı bir parola kasası koruması vaat edilmez. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik sayfasında.

Kesin bir 40 dakika süresi yoktur. Portal davranışı değişebilir. Varsa oturum ölçümü, doğrulanmış dönüş ile zaman aşımı ekranının ilk görüldüğü an arasındaki yaklaşık süreyi gösterir; sunucunun kesin oturum bitiş saati değildir.

Takip ve isteğe bağlı oturum yenileme açıkken seçili kapasite sekmesi yaklaşık beş dakikada bir yenilenir. Aktif sorgu veya giriş işlemi tamamlanana kadar beklenebilir. Chrome uykusu ve arka plan gecikmeleri süreyi uzatabilir. Başka öğrenci sayfaları otomatik yenilenmez.

Portal, gönderilen görsel doğrulama yanıtını kabul etmemiştir. Bir yanlış okuma tek başına sistemin durduğu anlamına gelmez. Eklenti eski başarılı sonucu korur ve sonraki sorguda yeniden dener. Son başarılı kontrol saatinin ilerleyip ilerlemediğine bak.

Aynı ders yeni görselle tekrar denenir: ilk sorgu ve en fazla iki tekrar, toplam üç deneme. Başarılı sonuçta veya üçüncü ret sonrasında normal ders sırası devam eder. Seçtiğin sorgu aralığı korunur. Okunamayan görsel, bağlantı/giriş sorunu veya motor hatası bu tekrar zincirini bitirir.

Hayır. OCR motoru ve modelleri eklenti paketindedir; görsel cihazında geçici olarak işlenir. Portal sorgusunda desteklenen bir okuma adayı kullanılabilir. Çelişkili veya yeterince desteklenmeyen sonuçlarda yeni görsel beklenir; rastgele kod üretilmez. Her okumanın doğru olacağı garanti edilmez.

Gösterilen tablo son başarılı sonuç olabilir; şu anki kapasite olduğunu varsayma. Portal sekmesinin açık, oturumun geçerli ve Course Capacity ekranının görünür olduğunu kontrol et. Giriş bilgilerini kaydetmediysen süre dolduğunda kendin giriş yapman gerekir. Süren bir sorguyu bozacak şekilde arka arkaya yenileme yapma.

Bu paket masaüstü Chrome içindir; kullanıcı bilgisayarında Python kurulumu gerektirmez. Windows'ta gerçek uçtan uca test ayrıca yapılmalıdır. Edge benzer uzantı ve yan panel API'leri sağlar, ancak ayrı yükleme ve canlı test gerekir. Safari bu Chrome ZIP'ini doğrudan kurmaz; ayrı dönüştürme, API uyarlaması, test ve dağıtım gerekir. Bu sürüm Safari desteği vaat etmez.

storage dersleri ve ayarları saklar; alarms takibi zamanlar; offscreen yerel OCR'nin belge/worker ortamını sağlar; sidePanel Chrome yan panelini açar. ODTÜ alan adı erişimi kapasite tablosu ve isteğe bağlı giriş içindir. Telegram veya yapılandırılmış ortak servis erişimi yalnız bildirim/eşleştirme içindir. Genel gezinme geçmişi, bütün siteler veya tüm dosyalar için izin istenmez.

Giriş bilgilerini ODTÜ oturumu bölümünden, Telegram eşleştirmesini Telegram bağlantısı bölümünden kaldırabilirsin. Ortak bot bağlantısını kaldırma, sunucudaki yetkiyi iptal eder; ağ hatasında kaldırma tamamlanmış sayılmaz. Dersi silmek eski değişiklik geçmişini otomatik silmez. Eklentiyi kaldırmak yerel eklenti verisini siler; gönderilmiş Telegram mesajları Telegram'da ayrıca yönetilir.

Hayır. Bağımsız bir öğrenci aracıdır. Portalın kuralları ve erişilebilirliği geçerlidir; eklenti ders kaydı, bildirim teslimi veya kesintisiz çalışma garantisi vermez.

It checks the capacity, used capacity and available seats of your selected courses on the METU portal's Course Capacity page, one course at a time. It displays changes and sends notifications when Telegram is connected. It does not register or drop courses.

Choose English or Turkish in the setup guide. Connect Telegram or skip it for now. Optionally enable automatic session renewal. Open Course Capacity on student.metu.edu.tr, add the portal's course code; continuous checking starts enabled unless globally paused. You can change language, Telegram and session options later in Settings.

No. The extension runs on this device. New checks cannot run while your computer sleeps, Chrome or the portal tab is closed, or the internet is disconnected. There is no 24/7 guarantee. Check the last successful query time when you return.

Yes. Keep the portal tab open and use other tabs. Chrome may delay timers in background tabs, so your chosen interval is not an exact execution or notification time.

The selected 15, 20, 30, 45 or 60 seconds applies to the shared queue. Only one course runs at a time, and the next waits for the current operation to finish. With multiple courses, each individual course is checked less frequently.

No. Codes need not start with 2360 or have seven digits; letters and digits are accepted. Use the actual code shown by the portal. A course name such as ENG 101 is not necessarily its portal code.

Yes. The package includes 6,246 Ankara course codes and names from the official METU catalog. A known name is suggested inside the field when you enter a code, without a separate network request. The name from a successful portal result and your custom name take priority. You can enter a name for a course absent from the catalog. A catalog entry does not establish current semester availability or free seats.

Yes. All section rows in the result table returned by the portal are read; there is no 50-row limit. Choose All sections or Specific sections when adding a course or in its card. For example, enter 3, 5, 7, 23, 45 and save. The table and notifications cover only selected sections; changes in other sections are not reported. After changing the selection, the next successful check may generate an availability summary for the new selection. Results on separate pages that the portal has not returned are not assumed to have been read.

Use Stop all tracking beside the checking interval. Your results and settings are retained. Resume paused tracking restores the courses that were active before the pause, leaving individually disabled courses off. You can also stop one course with its own continuous-checking switch.

No. Collapsing only changes the panel's appearance. Use a course switch or Stop all tracking to stop tracking. The portal panel and Chrome side panel use the same courses and settings.

The QR opens the publisher's shared bot in Telegram with a temporary pairing key. Tap Start in your own Telegram account on your phone. Enter the bot's eight-digit code in the extension that displayed the QR. It expires no later than 15 minutes after QR creation. Connect and send a test message sends a connection test to your private chat.

When the shared service is available, send /code in your own private chat with the bot. It re-shows only that chat's latest unexpired, unused pairing code and does not extend its expiry. If the code was used or expired, create a new QR in the extension's Telegram connection section. /help shows the steps. This is not a permanent account token.

You do not need to create or find these for the shared bot. Enter only the bot's temporary pairing code. The management token stays on the publisher's server and is never given to users. Do not share your code or connection credentials.

A real QR and pairing are unavailable until the publisher configures the shared bot service. The extension does not provide a made-up or example bot link. Skip Telegram and use local course tracking; you can connect later in the Telegram connection section.

A newly added course sends one first-result notification if a selected section has free places. No initial message is sent if every selected section is full. Later capacity or used-capacity changes also generate notifications, including places filling up. Failed queries and unchanged values do not. Network, portal, queue and Telegram delays mean delivery may not be immediate.

No. A Telegram connection test only checks that your chat is connected; it is not a real capacity change.

Automatic session renewal is optional. While courses are actively tracked, the extension can try signing in on a verified METU login form using your saved details and return to Course Capacity. The ordinary sign-in screen without a timeout notice is also supported. You can skip this step and sign in yourself after expiry. Enable it or delete the details later in the METU session section.

No. METU login details are sent only to the METU login form, never to the publisher, Telegram or an OCR service. Persistent local information is encrypted with AES-256-GCM; the key stays in this Chrome profile. Details are decrypted in memory while operating. The extension does not promise a separate password-vault barrier against someone with access to your device or entire Chrome profile. See Privacy for details.

No exact 40-minute duration is guaranteed. Portal behavior may change. When available, session measurements estimate the interval between a confirmed return and the first observation of the expiry screen; they are not the server's exact expiry timestamp.

With tracking and optional session renewal enabled, the selected capacity tab refreshes about every five minutes. Active queries or login operations may postpone it. Sleep and background delays can extend the interval. Other student pages are not automatically refreshed.

The portal rejected the submitted image-verification answer. One incorrect reading does not by itself mean tracking has stopped. The extension preserves the last successful result and tries again in a later query. Check whether the last successful query time keeps advancing.

The same course is retried with a fresh image: one initial query and up to two retries, three attempts in total. Success or a third rejection resumes the normal course order. Your selected query interval still applies. An unreadable image, connection/login problem or engine error ends this retry chain.

No. The OCR engine and models are packaged with the extension; images are processed temporarily on your device. A supported reading candidate may be submitted to the portal. Conflicting or unsupported results wait for a fresh image; no random code is generated. Perfect reading accuracy is not guaranteed.

The table may be the last successful result rather than the current capacity. Check that the portal tab is open, the session is valid and Course Capacity is available. If you did not save login details, sign in yourself after expiry. Avoid repeated refreshes that interrupt an active query.

This package targets desktop Chrome; users do not need Python on their computers. A real end-to-end Windows test is still required. Edge provides similar extension and side-panel APIs but needs separate installation and live testing. Safari cannot directly install this Chrome ZIP; it needs conversion, API adaptation, testing and separate distribution. This release does not promise Safari support.

storage retains courses and settings; alarms schedules tracking; offscreen provides the document and worker environment for local OCR; sidePanel opens Chrome's side panel. METU host access supports capacity tables and optional sign-in. Telegram or a configured shared-service origin is accessed only for pairing and notifications. The extension does not request access to general browsing history, all websites or all files.

Remove login details from the METU session section and Telegram pairing from the Telegram connection section. Disconnecting the shared bot revokes server access; a failed network request does not count as a completed disconnect. Deleting a course does not automatically erase its older change history. Uninstalling erases the extension's local data; messages already sent to Telegram are managed separately in Telegram.

No. It is an independent student tool. Portal rules and availability still apply. The extension does not guarantee registration, notification delivery or uninterrupted operation.
